Fourwheelers!!! AND it's a Honda 400 to boot...that's what I (and by I, I mean Daniel's that I steal out from under him quite often) have and now I can't WAIT to go to the dunes...
Oh excellent! I like them because I can learn a lot from them. You can see right away if the photo is exactly what you wanted and if it's not you can play with it. Try different things. Always learning...
You out-did me. I only rattled off between 2-300. I must be getting slow in my old age

Very true - and to be honest, I did a mix of film and digital this weekend and I really missed the instant feed-back when I was using my film camera....and of course when I got the film back, the contrast was a bit too much on the prints - whereas it's something I can adjust for immediately in digital.

Heheh . . . Got Charley thinking about one for the store (deductible). Nikon now makes one that will use my lenses . . .
I was pretty sure all Nikons had some form of backward compatability "with limitations" if you've got manual focus lenses. However, if it's the D200 you're looking at, that's a sweet camera all around!....if only it came in a k mount.
I like that one too. I have a bunch like that. I think that one might be a bit soft though. And I should have moved over and got the town in the background. Or something other than campers
