Here I am, a repeat resident of Washington and I thought I wouldn't start up a new consulting business after moving here...that I'd just take it easy. But now I've gotten a request from the sister of a friend of my daughter's to help with her newly acquired rescue dog's behavioral issues. I couldn't refuse, being friends with her sister also. So, here we go again.
