I've been getting frequent head aches for a long time now. I attributed it to my stress level. But for the past few months I've noticed I've had a hard time focusing... especially when I'm on the computer. It's like my vision is clouded and I wanna keep blinking hard to make it go away. I always had real good vision but I'm guessing I need to have an eye exam because I think my good vision is trying to go bad

I've never had a real eye exam before... only the ones they give you in school. I suppose it won't be that bad.

sitting in front of the computer a lot and staring at the screen can cause eye problems and headaches too... I work in an office and I'm pretty much on the computer all day, and my vision gets worse every year, especially in the left eye, and I go home with a headache a lot! my vision has always been pretty bad though, I've been wearing glasses since I was 7 years old.

eye exams are easy, don't feel nervous :) and the right frames for new glasses can look very fashionable, the last eye exam I had there was actually a lady who brought me several pairs of frames which she thought suited my face, and had me try them all on, we found a pair I really liked that looked good on me that way! it was almost like buying clothes in one of those really fancy stores where the employees try to pick stuff for you, lol

Nancy ....your New Year's resolution should be both a complete physical and eye examination ! Do it for us , if you won't do it for yourself !

wow...I'd be willing to try that. I took prescription iron supplements for years cause I had more white blood cells than red. (I think that's how it went..lol) it would be sooooo great to just get some of my night vision back. I just look out the side window at night while Dave drives, cause to look forward just frustrates me...can't make out much detail. :(
