HOLY MOLY. That's insane!

I cry on days when it's below 30*F. I can't imagine days of negatives. Especially when I don't have a yard, so when Lucy has to go out 3+ times/day, it means leashing her up and taking her for a walk.

Yeah, it's -46 C. That's -51 F.

On days like this, Alexa looks at me and begs to pee inside, lol.

Seriously though. I don't care that we're from the prairies and "we should be used to this by now." I for surely am not used to this. It's warmer in the Yukon and North West Territories right now. So people can't even complain that the north has it worse than we do. The school should close. It's ridiculous making people go out in this. Like even the elementary schools stay open.

I hate Saskatchewan.

We had one winter with severe ice storms and the temps got down like that here. It was freaking miserable. The whole place shut down and people were told NOT to go out unless it was absolutely necessary.

THat is how mine is feeling. ANd because our ceilings are only 6 and half feet high it blows on you like a fan. I say we all have a sit in protest...and stay home with warm dogs and warm blankets and good books and tv. I am all for that.
