Its wierd how attached you get to other people's pets on here based only on pictures.

I get on here as often as I can just to see if Zy has returned himself home.

Good Luck, Jess... dont give up any hope!

yes definetely call shelters that are further away from you. If one of the neighbors took him they might have dropped him off further away hoping you wouldn't think to look there. Also look in the newspaper under the pets for sale/free. Someone might be trying to rehome him.

Aww. I'm so sorry he hasn't come back, Jess. I know you can find him, though!

Have you gone door-to-door in your nieghborhood? Several years ago, my kitten ran out the front door. He had been in the backyard before, so I thought he would most likely return that night. He hadn't, so the next day I put up fliers and ads in the newspapers. Still, nothing. So, I went door-to-door, and if the person was not home I left a flier on their door. I finally found a lady who lived about 1 block away, and she said that the girl nextdoor to her just got a new kitten! Apparently, the little girl had removed his collar & tags and told the parents he was a stray. I went over and talked to the parents, and they appologized profusely. I probably wouldn't have found my little guy had I not walked from door to door! It is definitely worth a try, to get the word out in your surrounding neighborhood and even beyond that.

Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts and prayers, I have did everything in my power to try to find him....I mean everything....door-to-door, vets, AC, shelters, newspaper ad, craigslist and the list goes on and on, I have even drove around the neighborhoods and areas within 20 miles of my house looking for him, I was even looking on the side of the road *god forbid* just in case praying that I wouldnt see him, but on the other hand hoping that I would at least know what happened to him...
