I would definitely file a police report. Are you underage by any chance? If so, he has already stepped over the line.

I would definately file a formal complaint. 1) because this behavior is not acceptable and 2) because this person is a police officer. He definately needs to be reprimanded. Hopefully he hasn't done this to any other people. Maybe if you do file it will stop him from doing this to any one else.
