i crippled my dog? =(

Well my dog got out and i was chasing him to grab his leash.. i grabbed his leash and he made a sharp turn.. i kinda fell on him i weight about 140 pounds and he weights around 25 :s his right leg has been kinda a bit weird. When he walks it seems to walk a bit more towards him like closer to the other leg. making a V shape, of course its not that bad for it to actually make a V shapre but its tilted like that. has anyone maybe fell on there dog before :s is this going to go away? or will he be like this forever

He may have displaced hip our broken bone take to vet ASAP! Don't hope it will go away because 140 lbs falling on 25 is like car hitting toddler. There may be serious injuries that will cause him major pain and maybe even a slow painful death. Please go to Vet !!!!

My guess is that blue doesn't think this really happened. I wonder myself, because common sense tells you that a dog with a broken let needs to be taken to a vet.

Even if blue doesnt think it happened he still has NO right to tell that to someone just because he THINKS it didnt happen. He has no proof.

Maybe this person doesnt have alot of $$ for a vet and wasnt sure if the leg was actually broken and wanted our opinions first.

Whether it happened or not, I agree that it shouldn't have been said. That was very harsh and could very well be completely untrue. It's not nice to bash someone you don't know.

Would you wait and see if your dog was crippled before a emergency visit? Would you wait on a emergency visit if your dog swallowed a bone whole as the OP stated in the other thread?

Your right blue you have every right to state your opinion AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT INSULTING ANYONE wich I beleive are the rules.

Saying someone "sucks as a do owner" would clasify as an insult
