WELL I AM VERY UPSET. I JUST HAD TWO IDIOT BROTHERS AT MY HOME. THEY WERE TALKING TO ME ABOUT BREEDING THEIR DOBERMAN. SO I AM FRUSTRATED. SO THAT IS WHY THIS IS IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

HERE GOES:

1) GUYS WANT TO BUY A DOB PUP. FEMALE. GAVE THEM MY COSTS AND WHAT IS MY ASKING PRICE.
2) SHOW ME THEIR 3 YR OLD DOB THAT HAS ALREADY HAD A LITTER AND WANT TO BREED HER RIGHT AWAY
3) TOLD THEM THE PRICE AS TO STUD SERVICE $1500.00 UP FRONT. BOTH OF THEM SHOT THEM SELVES
4) THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING OUT AND BUYING THEIR OWN MALE INSTEAD. SO THAT THEY CAN BREED THE DOG EACH AND EVERY HEAT TILL HER 9TH YR. ASS WIPES.
5) DISCUSSED WHAT IT WILL COST AT THE VETS PER DOGS FOR TAILS AND DEWCLAWS AND EAR CROPPING. WELL THEY STATE WE WILL NOT TAKE THEM TO THE VETS WE WILL DO THEM OURSELVES EARS AND ALL!!!!:mad: :mad:
I TOLD THEM THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PRACTISE VETERINARIAN MEDICINE AND THAT WHAT THEY STATED WAS NOTHING BUT CRUEL. THEY SEEMED NOT TO CARE. WELL I CAN'T WAIT TILL THEY HAVE THEIR FIRST LITTER I WILL BE REPORTING THEM AND THAT IS THAT. THIS IS WHY I HATE SOME PEOPLE. IT IS ALL ABOUT GETTING RICH ON SOME INNOCENT ANIMALS BEHALF. TELL ME AM I WRONG FOR BEING ANGRY?:yikes: :mad:

I know plenty of breeders who dock thier own dogs tails and remove the dewclaws. Of course they learned how to do this properly.
I understand your frustration but about the only thing you could or can do is offer correct information and hope they listen:(

I understand what you are saying and I tried that! I have no problems when they do the tails and dew claws. Its the ears that are my main concern. As I explained to these wing nuts:yikes: There is a proper way to doing the ears and due to the fact there are so many blood vesels if done wrong you not only tramitize the dog but take the chance in it dieing. These guys were as tipical as you can see and or find them. Thinking with their second head! :spam: I guess it is just to frustrating when you do what you do for the improvement of the breed and then you get these:yikes: at your door. I am more than willing to help any one. Just do not take advantage of what I have to offer. As well please do not use your dog to make you rich.

I am completely on your side those guys should be reported now if you ask me. I would be bad though, i would wait until they buy the male as well and would steal (rescue) both of them from there at night. MANNNN I CANT BELIEVE THAT ****!!!

Hey thanx; I just can not beleive that people can be so cruel. that is shy I really have a hard time when selling my dogs.I do not know who is going to take them and what they are going to do with them. I know I hve been very lucky in the last 25 or more yrs that the dogs have been placed right. It just really hurts to know that there are so many sadists out there.

I appoligise if I have been harsh or emotional about this but it really hurts:( :( :( :(

You breed Dobermans too? We've had so many discussions on Doberman lines, what are your dogs lineage? Promise not to turn it into a German verses American debate. Lol Whose your stud?

Not a problem, I do not have the strength to argue about German v American lines. I have a Kimbertal bred female. She is 3 yrs old. I do not own a stud, I was just giving these guys the grafic's of what it costs to bred. I do not beleive in anyone breeding if they do not know what they are doing and when I spoke to them on the phone I knew what I was dealing with. Just did not expect them to come out and state half of what they were going to do.
What do you have?

Well believe me it will get shut down. I just have to wait till they have their first litter. The SPCA will be all over it. I will be calling them today. I know once I tell them they will be ready for anything or anyone I send them after. Just can't take idiots:spam: :mad: :yikes:

sadly, you won't be able to do a thing...legally. are they complete idiots..sure...but BYB's still thrive, sadly. I agree with your rant, just don't set yourself up for something you can't deliver. they will thrive, and continue. again.......sad, but true.

I believe that you are right in some aspects, although we did shut an idiot of this type before and he has been closed for over 10 yrs. Mind you he was not a happy camper too bad for him. It was so complicated but in the end we did what was right for the dogs. That was the main aspect of the game.

there is a house near mine. they have 2 dobes. both seem healthy, happy and stable. i don't knwo if they were tested or not but they were bred. all pups were hapopy and healthy. these people walk their dogs every day and i understand their byb position...


BUT I CAN'T BELIEVE YOUR STORY CINDR... JUST GROSS

Maybe you could have potential buyers/clients fill out an application or answer questions over the phone before you invite them out to your place. That way you wont have to have such idiots in your home AND you will know right off the bat if they are worth dealing with...

I thought it was illegal to remove ears/tails/dewclaws unless you were a licensed vet?? At least it is here. >o.o;<

i think it would be... but people do it.

we got sophie and she already had her due-claws cut off. and i really doubt it was prfessionally done :(

Poor girl, I understand your frustration.. Poor dog, I hope she turns around, and bites them! Cause they haven't thought about food, water, training, or any of that, have they? I understand where you are coming from. I hope you report them. Which thats what I would do. :) hehe. I would tell the SPCA right when they buy the dog. But you have no proof. :( Yet.

who in their right minds breeds their poor female every heat? That dog is going to have some serious problems..poor poor thing...a puppy machine..

:( I hope they get her taken away from them...azzholes!!!
