I am new here

I just registered for this site today. I am excited to start "hanging out" with you all and talking about dogs all day. I have had dogs before I could remember. My family immigrated to the US when I was ten and we had to leave my dog behind. My heart still aches to this day. Fortunately, other dogs came into my life and filled the void. Since it's the holiday season, I am not sure how many of you will be around, but I will.
