Our new 10wk old cocker spaniel has a problem with her lead! Every time we put it on she just bites at it constantly and no amount of treats, silence, actions, words can divert her from it. If we walk she bites at it constantly, if we stop she bites at it constantly.... As we have just started putting her on the lead (to begin training) we obviously dont want to do the wrong thing and scare her to death or instil a bad habit - any advice how best to stop this??
