probably u can start train basic commands at home first, like jump.. just use anything set with low height and start ask him to jump over, adds on simple low jumps at home to try on him.
make it fun, set it as a game and important build up his drive. u can use anything at home to set simple obstacles, just hv to b more creative. after he found so much fun to play on the obstacles u can then start looking for a sch or club, some dogs just need time to adjust, so start it slow n fun is much more better than u mix him with many dogs and new environment by a sudden. just my thought. hope it helps.
