Recently is tick session, notice dog eat garlic then ticks and flea will hate the smell and run away from our dogs.

My dog is a fussy eater, if i just mixed bit garlic in his food, he wont eat. Even one plate got garlic and another plate which jsut beside doesnt have, he will wont eat these 2 plates.

How should i make him eat the garlic?

If you have a tick or flea problem, garlic will not solve it, unfortunately. There are various flea and/or tick products that work well. I use Frontline Plus. It is easy to use. It is applied along a parted area on the skin between the shoulder blades once per month. Veterinarians in your area will carry it. I have many dogs and other animals in a rural area, and we have no flea or tick problems.

Well, I've never tried feeding garlic to my dog, but I know tons of people who use it for their horses during fly season and swear by it. Are you trying to feed fresh garlic? Perhaps some of the supplements specially designed for animals will be more appealing.

This is a company that many people I know get their garlic from. They have both powdered and chewable tabs for dogs.

I agree though; if you are able to get a product like Frontline, that may be the best bet. But if you are just getting into flea and tick season, I'm guessing you are not in the US, so I don't know what is available.
