I have to leave for a week and my parents agreed to watch my dogs. (I couldn't find anyone else.)But they have a un-nuetered (is that a word) male and I have a JRT female puppy. My puppy is going to be 18 weeks at that point or 4 and a half months. Can she get pregnate that early? I don't want her to!! I am trying to see if I need to put her in a kennell. Which I would hate to do 'cause they just don't spend any real time with them at all the ones I called. They feed them twice and clean their cage twice some walk them once(but just to poop). I wish I could find one that would take them out and play with them... If anyone knows of any in New Orleans Area. I wouldn't even leave at this point but it is a emergency and time is working against me in trying to find out what I am going to do.
But that's why I am nervous, I know she can't handle puppies. I have to be gone for a week hopefully no longer, thats why those kennells just seem like torture for my pups. All my other dogs are spayed/nuetered. I just really don't know what I should do.
