One of the girls at work a while ago got a rat, I've always looooved rats so I took an interest in it.
My sister also babysits for one of my managers family's, she came home one day and apprently the girl from work gave the rat to his family, only they arn't really inside-animal people and the rat lives in the garagae... where the cat lives.
I feel sorry for the poor thing, A couple of months ago I begged mum to let me take it. That I would rehome it but just to get it out of there but she wouldn't let me.
Now my mum knows someone that is looking for a pet rat, long story but it came up yesterday we should ask my manager if we could take his off his hands.
I don't know how to go about that though, I'm not good at tact at the best of times. How would you ask?
