Loki, my APBT, is 3.
Jedi, my Dogo I co-own with my mom, is 8. He's getting up there.

I worry, but not overly so. I just do my best to make sure they're enjoying their time with me. I will be a mess when Loki passes, but I will have given her an awesome life. I get more bothered when I think I may not be able to own my breed in the future.
That gets to my heart as well :( especially since they're already banned here in Toronto..

I love my baby girl..she's my princess

they were born 4 days apart.

I worry about Biz & his weak nerves. The groomer said he was aggressive.

Ya, I worry about it, Hershey is 5 years old, going on 6 on November 6, 2007.. Wow, Time has flown by. He is a Labrador Retriever. I wish I could give him a dog friend before his time was up. It makes me sad to think about that.

Izzy and Frodo are 14 m.o. Pembroke Welsh Corgis.
Mollie is a 7 y.o. Poodle/Pomeranian mix.

I don't worry about Izzy much at all, she's healthy as a horse. I give Frodo more worry as he has slightly loose hips. The vet said that they probably will not ever bother him and that I shouldn't worry about it (HAH!).
The dog I worry about most is Mollie, she's only 7 but she has pretty bad hips, although she still acts like a puppy when the treats come out. I guess what I worry about most is that her body will give out before her mind :(

Skye will be 7 in August. Time is catching up on her and it does catch me in the throat sometimes. I am just being a silly sod though because she is healthy enough and there is no real reason why she won't be with me for many more years.

I'm not too worried about Pepe - he is the oldest - but's he's the healthiest. He's also small, which is good for longevity.

I worry about Flicka the most. With her, time flies by so quickly. It just catches me sometimes. She's healthy, but I'm totally neurotic about my animals health. Everybody goes in for a total physical, bloodwork, etc. every six months.

I was wondering how old everyone's dog is here, and what kind of breed it is?

Do you guys ever think about your dog's age and get emotional or worried all of a sudden? I'm SOOO attached to my dogs, it sometimes brings tears to my eyes when I think that one day they will be gone...dog's don't live as long as some other animals do...it makes me very sad and uncomfortable sometimes. Share your feelings on this..

By the way, my Chihuahua, Dudek, will be turning 10 years on March 21st...and my Pittie, Messina, will be turning 6 years on August 28th.
It kills me to think about losing either of them, but I'm really attached to myu Dachshund. He sleeps in the bed with us every night. It will be like losing one of my children!!!!:(

Chloe....Pembroke Welsh Corgi.....will be 5 on November 22nd. She is a sable with white one her face, under her chin and chest.

Jackson Browne......smooth, red Dachshund....will be 5 on December 31st.
