I walk Caiza anywhere from 3 to 5 miles a night and it is a quick pace walk as I like to workout myself to :p Then we do the chuck-it ball throwing stick in a big open area for some off leash fun. He also gets to swim often in fresh water and in general just gets alot of excercise :)

I walk the dogs 1-2 times a day each walk being anywhere froma 1hr (very short walk for us) to 3 hours (average) at a very quick walking pace. Dunno how many miles we cover because I have no way to figure it out (I dont stick to sidewalks and dont have a GPS). On top of that if its cold enough out to work but still too hot to scooter I will work the boys with the tire for about 10 minutes each. If its any colder then I have them pull me with the scooter. If its winter and there is good snow we will go for a training run with the sled.

I also try and go hiking whenever possible. Anytime I know we are going on a shorter walk (anything under an hour) I put their weighted backpacks on and if we are going to run errands I put their backpacks on without weights and just make them carry stuff I need. Of course there are many chase and play (wrestle) sessions with eachother throughout the day and if the mood strikes (with the dogs, not me) I'll toss around some toys for fetch but OC usually has more interesting things to do then retrieve a ball and Ronan rarely cares about the toy after it stops moving.

MorningOff-leash on the horse farm for 5 - 7 hours/day. She walks out with me to the fields during turnout and does zoomies back to the barn. There are always other dogs to play with, so she gets some good sessions of that in. There are three ponds, so in warmer weather, she goes swimming. Her favorite game of all is "get the kitties"; we have a couple of semi-feral cats living in the hayloft, and at least 15 times a day, she will bolt up the staircase and go leaping around on the haybales looking for them. Cat lovers, don't fear - if she finds them, she just stands and barks. This dog's thigh muscles are rock hard from all the stairclimbing.

AfternoonWe also go on off-leash walks (that I'm trying to turn into runs) around our local reservior 4 or 5 days a week - it is a 2+ mile loop that Meg covers about 4 times per lap.

EveningAgility classes/practices four days a week, and on nice nights a 20 - 30 minutes session with the Chuck-it polishes off our evening.

Meg should put out her own workout video - I can only dream of being as buff as her!

Xena gets a minimum of 3 miles per day and often twice that. If we don't she'd a bundle of energy and drives us nuts all night.

Plus, about 2 more miles in a circle/figure eight around the furniture in the living room.
