I have a 1 year old Shih Tzu that has always slept with me in my bed. We'll I now have someone in my life and Lovie doesn't get it. She refuses to sleep on the floor or her many dog beds or crate. She crys non stop and wines. We put her in the bed but then she constantely moves around like it's play time. I think we are both working on 3 hours of sleep.

Any suggestions? Only other problem is that she is still having a few accidents so leaving her free roam around the house right now doesn't look like an option.. I wish..

since she is not yet fully house broken I would re crate train her. My dog was taught to stay off furniture but not off the bed since I could not close my door (my cats have an issue with my door being closed) so I could not inforce his off command in my sleep. If she was was house broken I'd say keep your door closed but she is not so she needs to be crated at night in your room (at least until she is comfortable in the crate) There are many threads on crate training so do a search for how to crate train. It's all about making it a positive place. good Luck!

She is crate trained but when she knows we are in the house she wines...

Ex: When I went to work yesterday morning, I thought since she had been up with me for an hour she would think I was the only one there and not realize J was asleep still. So when I left, I put her in the crate and left. J said that about 30min later she was still wimpering and barking so he finally came downstairs and let her out to potty, then let her roam free for a few hours. But that was only b/c she had pottied.....

So it's like she has us trained when she knows we are there. Same thing as letting her out to potty. If you walk outside with her, then try to go back inside she refuses to stay outside without you. Bread issue I think... Shih Tzu's want to be with people non stop, but she won't even go potty by herself or if you aren't in eye shot... :(

By taking her out to pee, and then giving her freedom, you are rewarding the whining and barking. That is why she continues to do it.

Never let a dog out of the crate when they are whining and carrying on. Wait until they are quiet. Now that she is used to being rewarded for whining in the crate, you might have a more difficult time ignoring her, so you'll have to wait even longer for quiet than you would have had you not been letting her out while she's whining. >^^;<

Yes IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE! If you sincerely think it's a potty cry (lets say she has been in their 3/4 hours) then let her out and right back into the crate you go--yes don't give in to the wimpers or barks--do not go and stare at the crate do not tell her to quiet down--no interaction at all.
