How Do You Like Your Tea?

I like my tea black but not too strong. I like Lipton tea, green tea, peppermint tea and chamomile tea (the last two are for my tranquil moments). With ice tea I like some sugar and lemon in it.

My favorite . . . a first flush Castleton Estate Darjeeling, filtered water brought to a rolling boil, steeped 2 minutes, and must be in a stoneware mug so it stays piping hot. Just a sprinkle of sugar. Curled up in the middle of the featherbeds or on my big sofa. Peace and quiet . . . no one interrupting . . . a good book, maybe an oat scone . . . that's not so much to ask of life, is it?

Lot's of ice and sugar for iced tea.....a pinch of sugar and milk for hot tea.
