I have 6 adult dogs, 4 in the backyard and 2 in the front. How can I train them to poop in one designated area? They keep their main play area clean, but there are a couple of spots they have chosen that I would like to change.

Anyone know the best way of going about this? Would I do it like training a puppy? Going out with them and leading them to area, reward and praise? And would it help if I fenced in this area?

This is the first time I've had this many dogs, and they are all Husky/lab mixes and I don't feel like playing dodge 'em all spring and summer long. :)

Any suggestion would be great.

Yes, I think going out with them and making them do their stuff in one area will be a good start. Reward them for a job well done. You might have some problems though since they already have their spots, but it's nothing that cannot be changed. Just be consistent.

^^^I agree.

And just keep in mind that every time they potty in the wrong spot, they are undoing a whole lot of your training and you will have to spend more time re-training.

Another thing that might help is to spend more time outside with the dogs - playing, training, feeding, etc. Dogs generally like to keep their play areas clean, so if they see the main part of your yard as their play area they will be more likely to go off to the perimeter to potty.
