I walk my dog alot. And hes a big dog. And hes good on a leash. I can handle him really good. But i get scared when he sees another dog. He doesnt bark at all. But the other dogs bark at him. Making my dog run. He rips the leash out of my hands and runs toward the dogs. But he never hurts the dogs. But the dogs always hurt him. How do i control him so me and my dog dont get hurt?

In your situation something like a head halter would be a great idea. They are designed to control the head much like what horses wear. The dog can only go so far before his head is pulled back towards you disrutping his forward momentum.

One thing to keep in mind, he may not show any signs of aggression towards the other dogs and honestly may just want to play. But like you mentioned some dogs find it vey intimidating to have a huge dog run up to them and as an owner you have a responsibility to protect your dog from harm as well as keeping him under control. After awhile of having other dogs snap at him he may start to feel differently about them.

Also its completely un fair to the other dogs he is running up to and their owners.

One thing I notice... you say you get scared when you see another dog... your dog is definitely paying attention to your emotions and reacting based off of your emotions...
