Since my mom and I are both incredibly picky, home searching is a pain!!!
My mom says we have to move in june because thats when my school ends and that my uncle and aunt with want to do renovations to the current house.
This house...needs help, but its a fabulous house. HUGE, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, nice kitchen, nice location, backyard...
It's just old, and needs a lot of renovations...
After living here its going to be impossible to find a nice house that we will accept, haha.
And I do NOT want to live in an apartment like we did in SF.
My mom won't be buying house because she is moving after my highschool is done..so its all rent.
We found some very, very nice townhouses..but after reading the reviews we can't live there. Many people we complaining about breathing problems, and that when they told the management about it, they wouldn't do anything about it.
So we are looking for a 2 bedroom place, hardwood floors, nice neighborhood, not far from HS, not too exspensive...
It's just frustrating. I don't exactly like looking for places, but with as picky as I am about location, I do need to help some, lol.
So that's my rant, wasn't supposed to be that long. haha
