Ok so when we first got Holly she didn't really want anything to do with us, would lay at the opposite end of the room, didn't want attention really hardly ever. I was sort of dissapointed that our puppy didn't want to be by us. Well I have noticed lately now Holly is the "in your face" give me love type of puppy. You sit on the floor and she's in your lap, sit on the bed, or chair, or couch, and she's got her head resting there giving you the sad "I'm attention starved" look that she's so good at. You call her name and she comes flying over to you and waits impatiently for the petting and praise. Just the other day Mark's friend was sitting on the stairs and she took a running, FLYING, leap into his lap:eek: . She almost knocked him clear over! I guess I'm just excited now that she's so happy to be with us. At first I was sort of bummed and thought maybe our puppy really didn't like us or something.

That's great news. We are going through the same thing with Sasha. Although she has loved to be on us since the first day she never really wanted to play or anything. When we put her on the floor she just kind of moped around. But ever since two nights agon when DeeJay really starting playing with her now she wants to play all the time.
