The plopping down must be an inherited trait or something, Peanut is the same way. Except, she is REALLY dog agressive and slightly less human aggressive.

Unfortunately not. She loves to stick only by by me and she'll try to bark at people who shes perceives to be a threat. She'll even go as far as trying to attack.

ooooo...maybe thats why she is a little agressive w/ other doggies...my lil munchkin has tons of playfriends!! his best friend is a 95lbs lab. retriever !! lol..it's so funny, but yay, he plays a lot w/ my neighbors and their dogs, everything from a rotty to a min pin...it's too cute...
and it's so funny, because i read that corgi's can be good watch dogs, but scooter loves to run up to complete strangers so they can pet him!! maybe when he gets to be a little older he will be a better watchdog?? haha..it's okay though...

My neighbors have a little pembroke named Quincy. He'd rather have his belly rubbed by a complete stranger, LOL. Their lab Wrigley is more protective than Quincy.

Cur-Watch & Gi-Dog

i read that corgi's can be good watch dogs, but scooter loves to run up to complete strangers so they can pet him!!

Thats like the complete opposite of Peanut. She will go out of her way to make sure I'm safe. Just this morning she stared down my next door neighbor. Peanut had to go pee, but she just cocked those ears up and plopped her butt down on the ground. Even after my neighbor left to go inside, Peanutjust stared at her house. Shes a good little watchdog, but horrible with other animals and most people.
