1st of all how did you get a 7 week old puppy? Normally they are with their moms until at least 8 weeks... 2nd of all this will not last forever but most likely until the pup is about 5 or 6 months old... You need to keep the puppy busy chewing on things he's allowed to.. We would tell ours "no chew" and give her something good and tell her "good chew".. Also, look under "search" in the forums for chewing threads.
