Can anyone tell me if a dog can get pregnant without the tie?!?! My chi, who I thought was outta heat, was apparently not. The male chi attempted to mate her several times but never made a tie, he did however ejaculate and we are noticing some changes in her now.. Can anyone help!?!?!?!
