The problem is that with some posts some of the off information might cause someone, perhaps who English is not a first language to take bad advice

I agree with you one hundred percent. Trolls imo should be reported and then ignored until something can be done about it. WE hve had other members that have posted questions about dog's faces breaking out, mange appearances, tooth abcesses, i could list a dozen more reasons including allergies. IF people feel they have found a troll they should let the mods handle it. Of course that isn't as much fun, but it would be a lot more beneficial to the forum, of course, IMO.:(
