Help! Please...kentucky Needs A Home!

Please help me find a loving home for this precious dog. I have lost so many nights sleep over this issue. She is being mistreated and she doesn't deserve it.

Kentucky is her name. She is 1 year old, fixed and has all her shots. She loves all animals, ferrets, dogs, cats, etc. She loves kids of all ages and sizes. She loves to give kisses and hugs. She is housebroken. and broken-hearted She is PERFECT. Kentucky is a coonhound mix. She doesn't bark and is a real sweetheart. She weighs 35 lbs. Please help

what is her current situation? What type of mistreatment are you talking about? Is she used to being indoors with a family, or outdoors? What is her activity level like? Why do you say she is "broken hearted"? She's a beautiful girl!

I wish I could help, but Im in Iowa... And I cant really take on another dog right now.

By the way, not to be mean or anything, but in the future dont make multiple posts containing the exact same thing... It tends to be very annoying.

I wish I could help.... I have a special place in my heart for Coonhounds and she looks so much like my RB dog Teddy. Unfortunately we are not in a position to take on a third dog at this time but i really hope she can get a home asap

1. Myasmydobe : the double post was an accident. We do make them occasionally don't we? I asked a mod to help as soon as I saw the mistake. Geez. When someone is making a plea for a life, it may be nice to just overlook their mistake.

2. Her mistreatment is she is kept in a cage, outside in the heat, for hours.

3. Broken hearted? This dog is an absolute dream. She loves everything and is a delight to be around. I brought her over to my house to take pictures and everyone in the neighborhood came and loved her. The kids were all playing with her and she had a ball. This is the life she needs. Not a lonely cage with no interaction.

I'm afraid that if this continues, maybe the marks of neglect will start to show in her personality. I want to save her as soon as possible.

She loves to play but also is quite content to be inside with family. She loves chew toys and biscuits and to have her belly rubbed.
