I joined but even tho i selected twice i have not received a confirmation e-mail. Also i cannot write a review of a shelter i hve not seen sorry.

You don't have to write a review of the shelter. You can, but if you don't know us I don't expect you to have to guess! haha I understand... but what gives us points is when you review Pet Products, Pet News, Pet Service.... there is a red line across the top area that has those options listed and you just click on one.
