if it is low rent projects kind of housing w/ a lot of hispanics, some are illegal and bringing in la migre will go a long ways toward fixing the problem. the cops don't bother w/ immigration issues unless they arrest them for something else.
I don't have a landlord. I'm not renting this house, just staying here till I can get my own place again. It's my boyfriend's parents' house. They don't do much about the problems either... apparently they've been just living with it for YEARS.
