Hi everyone,
I'm Emily and I have a 15 week old German Shepherd named Raika. She's quite a handful and I'm a first time puppy mom. I have a 2 year old cat named Gracie who has adjusted really well to having a dog in the house.
So that's my intro...now to find out how to fix some of these pesky puppy habits.

Welcome,
I am new here too. Your pup is beautiful, looks just like my GSD. Although we didn't get her until she was almost a year old, so I didn't have to go thru all the puppy stages with her. Although I went thru all the puppy stages with my labs. Lets just say, I am glad that is over.....although puppies are so lovable and cute, it is so hard to resist!!!!

Hi Hi

I'm new too- that's my new mate Copper the Springer Spaniel in the avatar (we only got him last week)

Raika is the cutest thing ever!!!... apart from Gracie - who reminds me of a cat I had years ago who used to live in my bathroom and only came out for food (yes - she used to do everything else in the bathroom - never ever wanted to venture outside - but she was a **** good aim!!)

And Julie, Rocket looks beautiful - exactly how a GS would appear to me if I had to conjure one up in my head

Raika is gorgeous. You're braver than me. I don't know if I could handle any more puppies. They are so active and mischevious. Gracie is so cute. My brother had a cat that liked to sleep in the sink, too.

Thanks for all the compliments! I told Raika that everyone thinks she's a pretty little thing. Yes, having a puppy has proven to be a huge challenge, but when I come home and she so excited to see me it makes it all worth it. And when the scars on my arms and legs from all the puppy bites heal, it will definitely be worth it.
