Hello everyone!

My name is Ryan ( I am a girl), I'm 20 years old and living in Texas. I currently show all my dogs in conformation, and I have 3 Rottweilers & 1 Australian Cattle Dog.

Hope to meet you all and have some fun discussions!

Hi and welcome! You'll find yourself in good company. :)

Do you have any more pictures of your gang?

Thanks for the welcome!

Yup I sure do!

Here is a better pic of Spider ( Northernbear DesMolin Spider). She is currently 2 years old and just needing majors to finish. Owner/handled to all her wins thus far ( yes, that'd be me. LOL)

This is Naughty. She is currently 18 months old ( DesMolin's Nautica)

This is my ACD, Kodak. She is 11 months and has her first show Jan 6 & 7th ( Shalimar's Picture Perfect)

& this is the baby of the bunch, Shooter. She is currently 6 months and will have her first show the same day as Kodak. ( DesMolin's Cabo Wabo Shooter)

Thats the gang... LOL I'm sure to add more pics as I go...

Welcome. You have beautiful dogs. I also have a Rottweiler and not only is she beautiful, but smart as well. Do you have any suggestions as far as stimulating her brain so that she doesn't become agressive?

As far as stimulating your Rotties mind so he doesnt become aggressive.... I dont see how a lack of stimulation will cause him to be aggressive?? Bored yes. Aggressive no. There are alot of venues for your rottie such as obedieince, agility, tracking, herding, and even a new working sport that is brand new to AKC>

Any of these would be good for you and your dog and could strenghten your bond.

Thanks for the warm welcomes!

Just curious, how did you end up showing dogs? Start young or just getting into it? I guess you bought your current dogs for show purposes.

I've been in it all my life, in and around the shows. My three Rotties were bred or co/bred by my aunt, yes for show purposes. I got my Cattle dog from the vice president of the Australian Cattle Dog Club of American, for show purposes as well.

I just thought it was pretty cool how at a relative young age you were showing such great dogs! No question about it you know exactly what your doing! Good luck on your next show!

Hey! WELCOME TO CHAZ! I have beautiful red ACD as well. I do shutzhund/protection work with him and this breed excels at it! He is a 65lb, 18 month old red speckle male with a full mask! I grew up with GSD's and the occassional pitbull. I wish I discoverd the ACD's sooner. Tough dogs and not for the average dog owner as you already know. Hope you like it here!
