Hello to everyone. There are several familiar face around here. My name is Melinda and I'm proud owner of five furkids all though there are days where they question my sanity.
Well I'll start with Blue he is gsd/husky mix that will be turning 4 yrs. old come this October. I adopted him from the shelter at 13 weeks old and since then he is my big baby that is constantly following me around.
Mocha is a snowshoe mix that my cousin found running around at flea market. We think he was going to be sold at the flea market, but Mocha suffers from claustrophobia so it wasn't easy to sell a cat that is drooling all over himself while trying to get out so the people ended up releasing. My cousin couldn't keep him so she asked us. One look at him and he made a home with us now at 12 years old he still acts like a kitten and has one heck of a sweet tooth plus a taste for cheese.
Eli is 3 years, he is my brother's cat who suffers from identity crisis he was suppose to be for a friend unfortunately that didn't happen. He was then suppose to go to a shelter that didn't happen either since he is still here now 3 yrs later. Poor Eli or the Monkey as I call him doesn't know what he is the first month here Blue treated him like his puppy he was taking care of making sure he was safe and where to get food. Now days, Eli sniffs butts, stares out of the top of windows, eats veggies, hangs out with chinchillas, wrestle with Mocha, wants to be petted constantly and plays with dog toys.
Tigger or Darth Tigger is my 7 year old chinchilla is blind in one eye that doesn't stop him from being the ruler of Evil. He is constantly planning on ways to escape from his cage, loves to destroy water bottles and destroyed metal feed hoppers. Chilli is 3 years chinchilla that is my baby he has a fit if he doesn't get his belly rubs or his treat for the day.
Let me see if I can get a picture to work here.
