Hello, Dog is sick

Hi, joined because dog is sick and have not took it to vet yet but I know she needs to go. She is an 8 year old labrador retriever and her shots are not current as things have been difficult with bills and such.

First of all she has had an eye "goo" discharge for a couple years and we took her to vet a few months ago and it was treated yet didnt help much. That may or may not be related to the big problem now. She has diarrhea and doesnt want to eat. Some of what has been in her room looks like a clearish vomit also but little. Stool is a light brown and not sure if she has been drinking much water either. Trying to figure out getting her to vet but what is some of the likely problems she is having? Any help appreciated.

Also, she has been on a steady diet of purina one chicken and rice dry dog food for several years now. I tried hand feeding her a few pieces and she spit out the chicken chunks but was eating the other pieces but then she wouldnt eat the other pieces few minutes later. Seems happy and still energetic (though havent had her exert or fetch) enough. She is keeping tail between legs while in her room but might be because she made a mess in there and knows we have to clean it up. Mom is making her a special breakfast of rice and chicken stock and maybe she will hold that down and not have diarrhea? I know shes not young, hoping she will be around few more years though.
