Hello everyone, Scout and I are newly divorced, my ex-husband and I got Scout when he was just 7 weeks old, and he's almost 5. He's the product of the Humane Society, which to me, is the ONLY way to go, they said he was German Shepherd mix, but some say he's got a lot of Belgian Malanois in him, I say he's something and human! He's my life, the best thing out of my marriage, we're happy to be here, and huge animal lovers! So I hope to meet new people who love hounds as much as I do! Thanks!

He looks like he's floating on top of his name. I guess you've joined the club, I'm divorced too. Don't our pets seem to always provide us with what our husband's didn't.

I am a new member from Germany, and live here with my two Rhodesian ridgeback girls Ashiki who is 4 and Charu who is 17 months and of course my hubby. I am a real fanatic when it comes to dogs. Ashiki was my first own dog and once she was trained we decided to get Charu. Ridgebacks are great family dogs, are quite content and happy if they can be around us all the time. But apart from that we have loads of doggy friends (not only RR´s) and we have a lovely area where the dogs can run free and enjoy life playing with all the other dogs that we meet her in our woods.
