Leo is pretty indifferent to heat.
We live in the Central Valley of California so it gets into the high 90s and low 100s pretty much all summer (103 today, ugh...). The only real difference is that he tires more quickly playing Frisbee and will actually voluntarily take breaks to sit in the shade sometimes (as opposed to me having to monitor him the rest of the year, since he would play Frisbee until he fell over).
He's not a swimmer, which is a bummer, because that would help a lot. But overall, he just doesn't seem super uncomfortable in the heat. He just goes with the flow. I definitely pay attention to it a lot more than him. On a hot day, I will wet him down if we are outside a lot, and he's always like "Mooooooom, why did you do that???? "
