Well they where no help at my college! Basically they said that they want to run some tests...oh great! And these aren't test covered under the basic plan they have at the college.

What kind of work do you do?are you sat at a computer alot?I find long spells of video gaming and internet creates a wierd stiffness in my neck and head and my ears crackle and a throb of preasure up the back of my head.It`s like a build up of acid or something that makes everything tighten and I get the creeking too.When the muscles in your neck tighten up they can also nip on nerves that can cause a bad head.If I were you I`d take ibuprophen,try not to worry and then go see the doc if you`re still not better.
At work I fold laundry and such, but I'm standing/moving around the entire time except my break. I'm really not on the computer as much now, but I use to a lot. I took an ibuprofen, thought it was low dose I think, and it didn't help much. Maybe a higher dosage.
My statements were made under the assumption that it just happened and that your last night was choppy. And it happens alot to me so I know wxactly how you felt.
However, had I known this wasnt the first occurance and that you had been having this problem I would have told you to see a doc a long time ago.

You are welcome to set my mind at rest if you like. I've had a headache for three days and my left eye is going swimmy on me today. I hate taking pills but with two kids to cope with, I've been popping them every 12 hours
I HATE going to the doctor but if this keeps up I'm going to have to bite the bullet - and so are you BabyBlue. Please let us know how it goes.

medical was tacked on to my tuition as well. Have you checked into what your college provides? You know what i am going to say..make the appt!
