So, it's not a puppy and it's not a Border Collie. It's a Penny! I only shared one of these on FB, so even if you're my friend over there these are still surprise photos!

Let's start with the one I already have on FB.. Penn taking her job of sitting on the round bale very seriously.

'Bow' is a command that requires intense focus.. I would say she's hanging out with way too many Border Collies based on these photos Where is that focus coming from?!

Attempt #3 with the Lensbaby ..I know. It's lacklustre. By this point, the -18C windchill had gotten to both of us so we were pretty much over posing on round bales and clicking the shutter button. Where is summer?

Summer remained beyond our grasp so we packed up, headed home& had a snuggle party in bed. Penn is very concerned about the fact that I still appear to be taking photos instead of covering her in blankets& rubbing her nose.

How are you liking the lensbaby? Can you post more examples from it (dog or nondog photos)? It's totally not within my budget right now, but I've always thought that it was really cool!

Thanks everyone I should get out& do a real photo session with her but the winter is just crushing my desire to even exist on this island let alone be outdoors lol!!

I am in my iPad but when I get back on my Mac I'll post some more from the lensbaby. Absolutely love it& am planning on getting the edge 80 for it in the very near future! The lack of auto focus is very strange& a learning curve but a fun one, for sure.
