Has your 'significant other' cried during a movie?

He had never seen it. I have, many times, and commented on that.

The accident. I think it was so horrific to view for him and the movie itself did a good job of drawing you in.

Anytime the horse was shown in severe pain or distress...probably because I was crying.

When Kristin Scott Thomas gets frantic because she can't find Redford.

Well I don't have a SO at this moment but yes my exes would cry during specific movies.


But I don't think that's the point of this thread (girls cry! Big surprise!).


As for me, I always get choked up when a dog dies. Like 'Where the Red Fern Grows' or something like that. I refuse to watch that movie with a girl that I haven't been dating for at least a year.


Oh and 'father/son' stuff gets to me as well. I think uhh....shoot I forgot the movie. The one where the 'if you build it they will come' thing comes from. When the father/son are playing catch for the last time? Something like that. I might be mashing two movies together though lol.

I don't have a SO at the moment either. I'm pretty sure my ex cried during a couple movies though.

I end up crying a lot though. I'm like GO, I hate seeing dogs die. I cried during I am Legend when he had to kill his dog. I tear up for a lot of stuff though, lol. I'm such a softie.

Oh I didn't cry during that (wasn't set up well enough) but I got really depressed about that. Didn't help that German Shepherds are my favorite breed.

The last movie I think I caught Kevin *leaking from the eyes* over was City of Angels (you know when Meg Ryan gets whacked)

Kevin is a sensitive guy, but it takes a bit to wring tears from him, LOL

Now me, I cry easily. I even cried the other night at Warrick's funeral..........when Gil started crying, so did I! hahahahaha (CSI for those that don't know)

"The Black Stallion" scenes on the Island where he's running across the sand and at the end during the race always makes me misty. But it's how they filmed the beauty of the horse which gets to me.
