Has Chaz turned you off to any breeds?

I know we had a thread about the breeds that Chaz has made you interested in or aware of, but are there any breeds that Chaz has made you not want?

For me it would have to be JRT's. Chaz has made me appreciate them when they are in the right homes, but I would never have one after learning more about them on here.

Your turn!

chaz hasn't and probably couldn't turn me off to any breeds, there are no breeds that i dislike. there are some i would never own because i know i would not be compatible with them.

I'm with Amstaffer. Even some breeds I really didn't take much a liking to before I've found them more interesting since I got on here. Some I can think of are Aussies, border collies, pit bulls, chihuahuas...

Well...I know that nobody on here would even THINK of owning a catahoula now. ;)

But seriously, Chaz has made given me reservations about border collies, though. I used to think about possibly owning one, but now they seem way too intense and active for me. I'll be content with admiring and petting them.

Cough cough sputter ah did you forget someone ? I have had them before though and I know how nuts it is to get them what does that say ?? lol Well anyone who Fancy's the ACD is already a bit off lol
As to turned off to breeds because of chaz no. I was before I came here and still am turned off by many breeds because of the looks , actions, or the fact they do not suit my lifestyle.

Wrong, lol. I've actually looked into the breed (for the distant, distant future) after Voodoo became a Chaz dog :)

No not really...I've never really been a fan of little lap dogs for me to own and that hasnt changed and I've always had an appreciation for each breeds' own uniqueness.

I'd have to say Border Collies. From Chaz, I learned that their stare is a hallmark of the breed, and it's one of the breed's aspects I dislike the most - unblinking owl eyes...

I do think they're pretty though... just couldn't own one unless it was loose-eyed.

I've always loved them ;) even before Voodoo.. and I WILL have another, it will just be a few yrs before I start looking again...

Chaz hasnt really turned me off to any breeds, but it has made me appreciate the fact that all breeds are not right for all people :)

I'm with Laurelin... Chazhound has actually made me much more aware and more interested in many different breeds. I used to never pay much attention to Border Collies, and now I want one for my next dog.

What, you couldn't stand this all day?

I deny that Border Collies are crazy. Doesn't everyone have a dog that will climb a tree to get the spray from the water hose?

OMG ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!

My first elkie mix used to climb a tree about that tall, then walk across the top of the fence and jump out of the yard to go visit people.

Dog forums in general seem to make me more interested in different breeds, not less. I never knew about Beaucerons before, for instance.

Although Chaz has confirmed some of my opinions about certain breeds, it has made me more interested in a greater number. And I don't think there are any I've been turned off to that I wasn't already turned off to :D So, I'd say its a net gain on breed open-mindedness.
