HI! I am not the writer of this fanfic nor do i have any connection with the writer. i simply stumbled upon this trying to find an alternative ending for the last hp book.

And boy did i find it! i love this version and i hope you will too! please leave comments here when you have read it! it will bring you all the closure you need! she is still updating her story but there is alot to read already! so cool!

I'm about halfway through it and enjoying it so far. I copied it into a word document so I can print it and it's 56 pages. I've clearly marked it as "fan fiction by "Cas" from hpana.com" in case I happen to leave it lying around (which I won't).

It's pretty cool I must admit. However, Rowling had a specific ending in mind. Alot of people don't want to cry through the whole book ya know. I already cried when everyone died, including Hedwig.
I really, really like the "19 years later" chapter that Rowling did. It was a great way to end the book where noone could pick up with her characters. They could start a new adventure with Harry, Ron and Malfoy's kids...but no more Potter mania like it used to be...that's for sure.

I really did LOVE the ending of the DH. I thought it was over at the second to last chapter when he...ah, I won't spoil it...if you've read it you know what we had all been waiting for and what we all thought would happen to Harry did sort of happen. When I turned the page my heart literally jumped for joy! While reading it I just got more and more excited and so very happy. I think it will make a great movie!!

Ok...when Harry and Mrs Weasley start crying in the Burrow...well, so did I.
It's so sad, but I have to admit I wondered how the Weasley's would feel after all this. Granted it wasn't Harry's fault, and this is pretty much how I figured it would go if it were in the book....maybe that's why Rowling didn't add the extras. She knew that the die hard Potter fans would already know what the other characters were thinking.
