Enda just outgrew her previous harness, something cheap for $7 at Walmart. I bought it because I needed a usable alternative to her Prong collar for dog events (UKC was the only one who allowed it). After several failed attempts to make my own version of a "No-pull" harness, problem was that she wasn't a puller, she's a "Flight-risk", a hole different topic. Anyway, it finally dawned on me to try instead a front clip harness, but she would just back out of the "original designed" ones with her problem. After a quick Google search I was off to Walmart and this is what I came up what, and wouldn't you know it? IT WORKED!
However, she outgrew it, amazing how much a dog can grow between 1 and 2 years old. So with my recent Birthday money, I bought this today! In red-
No pics on her for right now...the computer just got shifted around the room so I'll have to upload the photo's another time.
Also, a friend of ours at a UKC show gave me instructions to build a DIY dog cart, and showed us photo's of her Beauceron in his harness. There is NO WAY I can afford a custom dog carting harness, especially if it doesn't end up working out. So, I made one myself after looking at millions of photo's online, and watching one really good video of how to use the kind of haness I was designing to sew. Here is the result:
