Can anyone point me to a good harness and collar? My new dog Travis chewed through a nylon harness in minutes. He's not too good on walks yet and I thought that using a harness would be better than just a collar and leash but I'm not sure what kind to get.

Also, he keeps slipping him collar. He has alot of loose skin around his neck so while the collar fits him, he can easily slip it, especially when on a leash. I think if I make it any tighter, it would be too tight.

Any advice is welcome!
