LOL! But it's fine and dandy to show yourself and your other "pets"?! It's just an observation.
Call me stupid... but why is the word "pets" like that? And I'm confused as to why your even attacking me.

Attack is too strong a word, but if that's the way you feel so be it. And my previous post would explain why I put that in quotations.

I'm not worried about posting my cat on a dog forum. For reasons that would take forever to explain, but you probably have an idea why.

If it's not attacking, what is it then?

No actually that doesn't add up to me. lol You have posted pics of Darwin, which actually look real, and 1 of yourself, but it went off not long after you posted it. You say you've had at least 9 other pets, but don't want to share their pics, whatever. The other pics of the bunny, parrot, horse, and stray dog look photoshopped, or copied from somewhere old on the net. Again it's just an observation, and I haven't been the only one to put them out.

I guess the more I read posts by sirius the funnier it seems... why would you be worried to post pictures of your cat? Is it such a rare cat that someone may hunt you down? Just confusing, not saying you dont have what you say you have, but most people are more than happy to show their pets off... it's like showing pictures of your children to everyone you know, and even to those you don't, you're just proud their your's. I could understand if a celebrity wanted to keep the identity of their children secret, but you still see them with their pets. I don't know, it would be nice to see pictures of your pets, but if you're worried i'm going to come to wherever it is you "are sitting in a chair" then so be it.

Yeah. I highly doubt you're going to pick up stalkers by showing off your dogs. I want to see them!

uhoh, here's Richie posting, I'm probably going to offend, lol.

I try to believe you have dogs, I really do, but it's so hard. I mean you haven't posted pics of your dogs (I'm totally cool with ppl not posting pics of their dogs, I'm sure there have been plenty others that did not post their dogs. I'm just listing reasons), all the most unbelievable events happend to you (one or two is explainable, but wow!), and when you try to explain what you did about these problems that randomly arise it becomes even more confusing!

I'm not saying that you deserved to be attacked, I mean, you're not effecting anyone with these stories except yourself. All I'm saying is they do have enough reason to be questioning you.

Personally, if I were you I would post up pics of my dogs. Or if you are lieing, confess now and get it over with.

(Sorry if this is poorly written, I'm listening to metal as I type this)

I have to say that in 35 years in dogs I have never heard of any dog having a "heart attack" nor any dog having any surgery following a heart attack for that strange rare disease you named.

Doesn't mean it's never happened. Just that I never heard of it.

But to be honest if you think she is full of it why not just stay away from the thread. I don't see the point in being petty in a thread like this. if you dislike her ways pm her and tell her. Don't put it out here so all the rest of us have to sift through the bullsh!t because you can't help yourselves.

so if she IS potentially lying (and you have to admit, there are EXTREME inconsistencies in the stories she tells us) -- you would rather everyone ignored it and just let all the members believe that she is being honest and truthful? you would rather board members who may not know the truth, be dragged into her stories and worry about her "dogs", and their "health problems" - and have people post how much they care, when in fact shes just posting for attention or whatever she is potentially doing it for?

so you would rather we pretend that everything is ok just so you FEEL better, rather than find out the truth?

sorry, but everyone says this is a FAMILY - and family doesnt lie to each other and make up stuff. you cannot have it both ways. people either need to be honest and tell the truth, or be called out on it.

there are medical inconsistencies to what she tells us, and i for one do not believe the stories she tells us about what is wrong with her dogs, because if they are true, she now has TWO DOGS that have had such bizarre problems and lived through things that KILL almost 100% of dogs, that both of her dogs should be written up in veterinary journals and her vets interviewed for how they treated the dogs so the rest of us can be more informed. her dog supposedly lived through a temperature that was ABOVE the temp at which the brain liquefies, for a LONG period of time, and is fine?

if were all allowed to just make up stories and lie to the board and no one cares, then just say so up front.

this is the internet and it's likely that everyone has lied/exaggerated one way or another. Just because we don't 'catch' everyone doesn't mean anything. Personally I don't care if people do that. It doesn't affect me one way or another. So, yes, people are allowed to do that and I'm sure they do even if it's just about their weight. :p We have know way of knowing the truth. I don't know if the pics of the dobes you posted are yours are not. If she did post fake pictures of her pets or herself than why would she choose ones that looked 'suspicious'?

I say we let this thread be about her dog and let this issue rest for now.

First of all, I'm wondering a little too...but people don't have to post pictures if they don't want to. I do because I have a digital camera which makes it easy to get pics on the 'puter and I love to take pictures of my dogs, but people don't have to. About Sirius posting her picture and taking it down a few days later - what's wrong with that? I'd do the same thing - I don't want anyone who comes on the internet to see my picture whenever they want. Post a picture of yourself if you like, but there ARE online predators, so don't jump on people's backs if they don't feel comfortable showing their pictures online. And no offense to anyone, but I haven't met any of you in person, how do I know you're nice people rather than physcos? (BTW I don't think any of you are physcos, LOL you seem like very nice people to me, but who knows? ;))

Lol, all I asked is why not post pictures of the dogs?

I know she doesn't have to, so that's why I asked "why not?".

It's always nice to see a dog that's regarded so well by it's owner here...

Everyone has access to the same posts you do. They can make their own decision on whether they think it is true or not. They don't need to be shown the light.

Anyway for what its worth I appreciate what you were trying to do. I just don't think this kind of thread is the place to do it.
