I'm wishing you all a happy Thanksgiving whether you're from America or someplace else.
What are some of the things you're thankful for? Every day I have a thankful heart for everything I have. I don't know why it is that way, but it constantly comes up in my mind. And the things I don't have never take front seat over that which I do. I'm even thankful for that. lol. I'm thankful that I am here where my family is, that we are all gathering at my new house and that we have plenty of food. It's raining like crazy here lately and I'm thankful for the roof over my head and heat for my house. I am thankful for a country that always has allowed an opportunity for my family and me.
There are people who do not have enough and I feel sad for them...the homeless, the very poor. I hope this year brings them lots of donations and a way to keep safe. And I hope they will find it in themselves to be thankful for what little they do have and hope for a better time....because feeling thankful and having hope is a saving grace and the essence of happiness, I believe.
