Halti Question

I recently ordered a Halti head collar on eBay. The seller told me that he currently has Holt head collars but it will be later in the week before he could ship out a Halti. He says that the two products have different names and are made by different companies but are the same thing. Does anyone know whether or not this is true?

Looking at the pictures, they seem to be the same. But I've never actually felt the Holt to know for sure.

Personally, I like the Comfort Trainer myself. Dogs seem to be much more accepting of it than the other brands (and I've used both Gentle Leaders and Haltis).
