Halo 3 bliss

I know, I know. I haven't been on as much. Bad Gem!

But I have been distracted lately. Hubby and I got an X-Box 360 and Halo 3 as an early Christmas present. SQUEE!

*peasants rejoice and don Spartan helmets*

Hubby and I are having an absolute BLAST on X-Box Live! We're doing great so far, especially considering we're new at the game. We, my sister and brother-in-law have been playing a lot of team slayer games lately. It's been a lot of fun.

Lol DH finished the game a week or so ago. He said it was really good...he still does the online play now and again.

My kids want a 360 and Halo 3 for Christmas sooo bad. They aren't getting it because I can't afford it, but they love Halo and Halo 2. They play it better than my Hubby and I do.

LOL! We laugh about that. When we play online, we'll beat teams made up of teenagers, 20-somethings and older people. But those 8 and 9-year-olds? Good gawd! They stomp us every time.

Haha I love that game. I'm not exactly sure what you're really supposed to do in it, but I sure do love shooting things!

It's especially fun when I play against my friend... he kicks my butt every time, but it's still fun. Heh.

I tried playing Halo 1 or 2, but I didn't really figure it out. So I guess I will have to stick to World of Warcraft.

I've tried playing Halo 3 at a friends house once... It was really hard. Apparently I have no sense of direction in the game. It was fun to try though. Maybe I'll try it again and be better next time.
