Hair Style Help!!!

I am going to be getting a hair cut, and I NEED something new.

I am thinking of going pretty short, but I have NO idea of what to do.

Can someone help me? PLEASE!!

Here is me in my current haircut. Pretty bland.

i have no idea. i lopped a 10 inch ponytail of my hair about a month ago and still haven't figure out what to do with the straight, thick, blunt mess i have now.

I just don't want full fledged bangs. I have had them before and didn't like them. If the side bangs aren't in my eyes then those wouldn't be so bad, but I need to know for sure what they look like.

I think side bangs tend to go in your eyes more than straight bangs...

just google side bangs, there are a lot of variations as far as length, thickness, angle, etc.

Hmm. I say.. cute a few inches off, and then layer it! I'm in the camp about hating hair in my face, but I have bangs that I can clip the side or tuck behind my ear juuuuust right.

You could always "make it yours" and get the bangs shorter or make it the same length as the rest of it...

Good point!! I do like the haircut other than the bangs though.
