OMG i just got crushed a bute

my mum asked me what i would like for my birthday

well i said i would like to go on a trip to crufts to see the show and to go to discover dogs, and do a bit of shopping

she AGREED omg i was over the moon!!!!

that would actually have made my year, i have never even been to a dog show b4, let alone the biggest show in the world

she was booking the flights and everything!

then she told me that we couldnt go because she was going to someones wedding on the middle day, if it had been the last day or the first day we could hve gone for a bit, but its the middle day

i was actually crushed, i understand that she already has a commitment but omg i was so crushed

i asked her if she might let me go with another adult or my uncle or god mother or someone, but i doupt it

i'm too young to go on my own at the moment or with a friend my age, but i would have been soooo happy,

what did make the whole situation better was that she said, as soo as their available she will buy tickets and get us a place in the BIS ring, and for discover dogs and everything,
i no i have to wait another year, but it will go quick and its worth waiting for

sorry you never got your trip to crufts, did you every come over for the show since, it's a real experience being there especially watching the border terriers being shown, and then watching the line up for best in show on the final night. hope you get your visit, i was there last year and this year. brilliant day out
