so I was at my friend's birthday party (she had a grill-out) and we were all drinking (except my friend who's birthday it is) and she has this dog that she swears is Siberian Husky (did I spell that right?) and he obviously isnt. well his name is Kuzco. She had Kuzco on like a 30 foot tie-out that was connected to a tree, which I didnt think anything of it. so when I went over to play with him he ran away from me and was literally terrified of me. I approached him slowly and said his name in a pleasant voice. I had to go to my car and get dog treats for him to even come close to me and even then I had to put a trail of them on the ground. Ok so I thought "this dog just isnt comfortable with people" but after a while I would have thought he would have gotten used to me, but everytime I walked towards him he ran in the other direction or layed on the ground and looked in the other direction. I even got a tennis ball out and tossed it about 10 feet from him and he ran in the other direction. So then i got a little suspicious but I didnt say anything at this point. Well after people starting showing up, Kuzco broke off the tie-out somehow (the tie-out didnt break and his collar was no-where to be found). So I went looking for Kuzco and my friend was saying " Jen, just let him go, if he runs away oh well, I dont care, but he will probably come back" so after 45 minutes of walking around (I had been drinking so I didnt dare drive) I still hadnt seen Kuzco. So I made my friend go in her car to look for him. She came back ten minutes later and hadnt found him. Well I got a bit angry and told her that ten minutes wasnt enough and that she needed to call the police and let them know that her dog got loose. Well she didnt want to do that and I didnt have my cell phone with me, she wouldnt let me use her phone so I walked around more callin for Kuzco (even thought i knew that he wouldnt come to me anyways) So finally an old man comes by and says that Kuzco is across town (its a small town) hanging out in the shade at a gas station, so I tell me friend to go get him and I was suprised that she actually went. she came back with Kuzco and was sooo pissed that he had lost his collar and tags. I told her that someone would call if they found them becuase they had her cell number on them..... i dont know what to do....
