Well i have just had tyo pick up my little first born pup that i sold to a woman, I feel so bad and very angry at the same time, I met the lady who had her and spent some time with her, and I thaught she was ok! but i guess i was wrong i feel so sorry for Roxy for sending her to a bad home.

The woman who had her (another sam) wanted a boy but fell in love with her instead, her dad who paid for the dogs had a little boy Russell who they are very happy with and say is a real sweetie, Collins aunty said they were looking for two jacks and they are nice people so i thaught great at least its someone that she knows.

Well wendy (aunty) had a call today from Sam saying they dont want Roxy anymore because all she does is crap on the floor! so wendy said you cant re sell her or qive her to the rescue as Sam (me) said you have to give her back if you can no longer keep her, so Sam said fine you better pick her up, wendy got her then when they got home she text Collin and we went staright to wendys and got her.

Wendy said she has never been walked and just shut in all day and fed scraps (i gave her a 5kg bag of food for her which like everyone else had only just finished their bag!) its no wonder the poor girl wasnt house trained, I have had to cut her nails and bath her as her skin was really red and sore from sleeping in her own crap! And they even want their money back!! I said well its not her money its her dads, i already let him have £50 off because they wanted two I will be contacting him and saying i realise its not his fault but they wont be getting the money back that they paid for her, as i now need to use it to get her vaccinated de fleaed and wormed as well as paying for her food while she is with me!

Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way we could force these people not to eat, to be forced to defecate inside and then sleep in it, and to be miserable and have no help at hand?

Can't you report her for cruelty? That's sure what it sounds like to me...

Did you have them sign a contract? If not, that is something I would suggest for the future, that way there is no way they can fight you for their money back. Sorry to hear about the little puppy. She will be better off w/ you until you can place her in a good and loving home.

I would also suggest maybe checking some references (including the Vet.)if future owners have other animals and see how well they are cared for b/f placing your pups.

Well, at least you have her back before any permanent damage was done and you know she's going to be safe.

If and when I ever get a rescue started up, my screening process is going to make getting a bank loan look easy. I suggest you do something similar. The ones who will take the time and effort to provide you with all the information you need are usually the types of people who are serious about dog ownership.

Welcome to the world of breeding lol

Unfortunately it happens often the owners portray a great owner and you find out later that they weren't who you thought they were at least you got her back and she is safe and sound

Good luck

People like that should spend a few weeks in a Mexican prison. Food that bloats your stomach and makes you cry in agony. Water so filthy and sporadically given that it makes you vomit. Not enough room to stand, lie down or otherwise make yourself comfortable. Parasites having a feast of your flesh and the crowning glory.....an open trench of a latrine inches from where you MUST lay your head. And your cries of dicomfort are answered with cruel, prompt punishment. How sick. How sad. In my eyes there is nothing more desperate or heart wrenching than a neglected or abused infant of any species. Too bad we can not microchip these monstrous excuses for humanity to ensure that they never have the opportunity to create such despair. We can only stand together and raise our voices to the powers that be and hope that together we can make changes in the system. Every single person who feels strongly on the issue of animal abuse and neglect should band together, contact your congress people and demand tougher punishment for these heinous crimes, and lobby for a registry, EASILY available and EASILY searchable, much like they have for sex offenders. If we stand strong and let our solidarity be known, we CAN and WILL make a difference and protect the ones who need us most, those with no voice of their own. I am deeply wounded by these tragedies. And to think many of these "people" have human children. Sickening.

there is only so much leagly you can do a contract wasnt signed becasue they are friends of the family, and i thaught they were nice as I had them recomended to me, it looks like no one knows what goes on in homes, it sounds like you are not a breeder because if you were you would know that we cant do everything that the rescues can, if we have names and addresses we cant check up on people we just have to do what i did meet the people a few times and go with what you think we cannot see what goes on behind closed doors, the girls fether had a boy and he is also very cross with her, so if her own father doesant know his daughter then we certanily can expect to know them

thank you, what makes me mad is they didnt hand over her bed, bowls and food, which can only make me think that she is planning on getting another pup!
